Foliopic

Hello and welcome to my site on Foliopic. I work for Magezine Publishing who are behind this new website and I have been lucky enough to be given one of the first opportunities to test the news site out.

We mainly run photographic websites, but as photography is not a hobby of mine I am thinking of putting some information up about what I have learnt during my 2 years studying account. The boss, Peter Bargh, suggested I try using the page for something other than photography to see how it works!

My main problem is time! There aren't enough hours in the day. I am currently also trying to teach myself about Web Development in the hope that one day I will be able to assist our Web Dev Team, by the looks of them they could do with some help!!! I am using my own homepage to try things out. This week I have started on some php, which has been interesting! I have learnt how to display the year on my site which will automatically change in the new year.

So if your on here and you are a photography who works for themselves, maybe I could be of some help to you if you need advice in bookkeeping etc. I'm not a tax expert but will be looking into a course shortly.
